Our Technical Support is customized according to the country you are on , depend on the time & online services  if you are from the AMR the Chat Advisor will be available 24/H , here is an exemple for the subscription type & working hours.

EMEA : 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (UTC+1)

APAC : 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (UTC+1)

AMR : 24/7

WPF : 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (UTC+1)

Levels of Technical Support Dept.

Tier 1 - Technical Support Advisor's mission is assisting the customer according to the knowledge base given in our internal system.
Tier 2 - Technical Support Premium Dept - Specialized in a field or multiple Back Office related Technical Support 
Tier 3 - Operations Manager , Technical Support Dept Administrator.
