Troubleshooting : 

1) Error 402 - Make sure Asterisk Server is ON.

Other errors , 

1) Make sure Asterisk Server is ON.
2) Make sure the files are hosted on the right folder
3) Restart & Try again
if error / issues occurs call the Premium Technical Support in order to get a fast response , if you are not an ERP+ subscriber , you open a Ticket for the Technical Support
